Yorkshire Puddings

Ingredients
3 eggs
One cup of milk
one cup all purpose flour
2 tablespoons of butter or oil

Directions
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
2. Beat eggs with milk, then stir in flour
3. Divide the butter or oil evenly into a 12 cup muffin tin (about 1/2 teaspoon butter in each)
4. Place tin in oven to melt/heat butter/oil for 2-5 minutes
5. Pour batter evenly in muffin tray on top of butter
6. Bake for 5 minutes, then reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake for 25 miinutes or until golden brown.
