121 Villa Care is a family-run business and we will be keeping it small enough to offer one-to-one personal service, hence the name.

Having been vacation home owners ourselves, we know how it feels to leave what is possibly your most valuable possession in the hands of someone else to take care of. So, for the past few months we have been researching and actively preparing to start up a new Management Company here in Central Florida and will be ready to start soon.

One of the benefits to future clients is that they need not worry about our business stability in relation to visa renewal. We are green card holders and we are here to stay!

We are a British couple who moved to Florida 4 years ago. My husband has worked for a local Management Company for 2 years, doing maintenance work on 30 homes. Prior to our move here, we owned a business in the UK for 18 years.
