Our company first purchased an investment property in Florida in 1997 and it was decided to short term let the property to gain rental income. It very quickly came to our knowledge that our property manager was not carrying out the duties he said he was doing. As you can imagine, this was very frustrating for us.
We decided to start our own property management company knowing that there is a demand for someone whom would do what they say they were going to do.
Our high standard of workmanship is always maintained by our employees and through constant monitoring from our manager. This involves the general maintenance of your property including the swimming pool, carrying out pest control, and cleaning your property after it has been rented.
